From measurement to fitting took a little long due to backlogs in manufacturing, but Koulla managed this timescale expectation from the start. Fitting was smooth - there were some manufacturing faults with blind tracks and blind length but this was swiftly dealt with a second fitting. Overall, very positive experience!
